More Memorials and Obama's Empty Words as ISIS Murder Machine Rolls on Unchecked

At what point does effective action replace more empty words?

I'm sorry, but I am getting tired of seeing these memorials...
Brussels mourns with memorials that are becoming far too commonplace.
Where is the action to prevent the next attack?
Meanwhile, Obama yucks it up in Cuba:

Obama: Number one priority is to defeat ISIS. Where's the golf course?
While still in Cuba on the first leg of his spring break American apology tour Obama said "We will do whatever is necessary to support our friend and ally Belgium in bringing to justice those who are responsible." How many times has he said a variation of the same thing? About as often as "if you like your health care plan you can keep it." At least he didn't call this attack another "setback" as he did in describing the Paris attacks of last year.

In Argentina, Obama declared that "my top priority is to defeat ISIL and to eliminate the scourge of this barbaric terrorism." He went on to say "the issue is how do we do it in an intelligent way. And our approach has been continuously to adjust to see what works and what doesn’t." Does anyone think his current strategy is working? He claimed that the current air campaign has been working but in February, bombing against ISIS in the already weak pin prick air strategy dropped to an eight month low.

Finally, Obama said that "we defeat [ISIS] in part by saying, you are not strong; you are weak." Yeah, that will work!

More than ever the world needs American leadership. Sadly, we don't have a Commander in Chief, we have a party boy president who thinks recycled speeches containing empty words is enough to defeat the monsters who by most accounts are winning. How can we stop this madness when we have a President and an Administration that appears more concerned with an anti-Muslim backlash than stopping the monsters who commit these acts?

UPDATE: Obama tangos while Brussels bleeds!

Does this send the message that Obama's top priority is defeating ISIS?
